We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 313 Apollo Beach Boulevard, Apollo Beach, FL 33572
  • Additional Location: 6403 E State Road 64, Bradenton, FL 34208
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Conduct property inspections regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, stairs, and door operations.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel between store locations as needed.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, assisting customers, processing rentals and payments, inspecting the property, and closing procedures. The schedule allows for a work/life balance with five days a week (no Sundays) and ending by 6 pm.
