PPL seeks an outstanding Assistant Property Manager to join its Property Management team. Responsibilities include supporting the Property Manager with daily operations such as marketing, leasing, income certification, rent collection, property maintenance, and site inspections. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with site-based and service providers.
This is an in-person role due to onsite support requirements.
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00/hr, depending on qualifications.
