In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service
  • Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering excellent service.
  • Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport.
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics.
  • Performing property walks, showing units, managing leasing, accepting payments, completing deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance
  • Daily walks, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Maintaining the facility including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning units, and light activities.
  • Ensuring the storage facility is clean and safe, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, and doors.
Qualifications

You’d be great if you have:

  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
  • Basic computer skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
  • Some locations may require Sunday hours.
