Assistant Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 4456 N. Braeswood Blvd., Houston, TX 77096
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and deposit funds as per policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Perform property walks regularly.
  • Spend about 50% of time outdoors, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will balance work and personal life with a schedule of five days a week, no Sundays, and ending by 6 pm.
