Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Assistant Property Manager for our property, Museum Walk. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and possess strong leadership, sales, marketing, and financial skills. Pay: $26/hr, with pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Minimum three years of property management experience in a fast-paced residential community
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales, and closing techniques
  • Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
  • Proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi and CRM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Manage daily operations and leasing functions to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Facilitate resident move-ins, including lease negotiations, application processing, and fee collection
  • Maintain positive resident relationships
  • Regular property inspections
  • Coordinate with the service team on move-ins, work orders, and unit turns
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, especially Fair Housing Laws
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager and Vice President of Operations
