Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins and move-outs, overseeing maintenance requests through Appfolio, supervising repairs, and fostering positive tenant relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections, tenant communication, and deposit handling.
  • Utilize Appfolio to manage customer data, maintenance requests, and contracts.
  • Assign work orders and assist maintenance technicians in property inspections and repairs.
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure proper maintenance and identify potential issues.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and maintain good communication and relationships.
  • Communicate with vendors and owners regarding minor construction and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
  • Up to 2 years of experience in property management or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
