First Onsite Property Restoration in Richmond, VA, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to turn plans into action and keep multiple projects on track. You will collaborate with leadership to evaluate scopes, develop schedules, and monitor budgets while ensuring safety and quality on every job.

You’ll coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams, manage change orders and billing, and provide timely updates to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration/construction.
• Relevant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules including crew and subcontractor schedules.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews; fill in as needed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain project paperwork, logs, and inventories.
• Monitor budgets, gross profit margins, and schedules; provide updates.
• Review change orders and ensure billing accuracy.
