• Process order entry and manage project-related sample requests
• Submit product data and samples for customer approval
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Resolve post-delivery customer service issues and document resolutions
• Coordinate mail, packages, and general office functions
• Provide cross-functional support and backup for team members as needed
