Job summary

BUiLT Design in Everett, WA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects from handoff through production, delivery, and installation. You will coordinate Industrial Designers, Engineers, Production staff, and vendors to ensure quality and on-time results.

The role requires 2+ years in PM within manufacturing or related fields, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft 365. Local onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, mill work, cabinetry, retail fixture fabrication, or related field.
• Strong understanding of production processes and materials (wood, metal, plastics, laminates).
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass drug test and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from handoff through production, delivery, and installation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for project success.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and resolve obstacles.
• Communicate status, risks, and schedule updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and delivery commitments.
• Review shop drawings and production documentation for accuracy.
• Support and mentor production staff and drive teamwork.
