Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support PMO in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects, with field and admin duties across a fast-paced environment in Meridian, Idaho.

You will assist project managers, review RFQs, manage project data in the ERP, coordinate logistics, and track budgets and timelines. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills, with site walks and documentation duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel overnight on average 5% and pass drug, alcohol, and security screening.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all SBR policies and procedures.
• Attend project/PMO meetings and document discussions, action items, and important elements.
• Review RFQs for completeness and urgency, ask clarifying questions to Sales.
• Assist Sales and Operations with level 1 and 2 service requests.
• Review project solution designs, schedules, drawings for errors and needed details.
• Assist PMs with logistics RFQs, planning, and execution.
