This role is responsible for managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and procurement through design, construction and closeout.

This is a multi‑year, full‑time assignment based at the client’s office. A hybrid work schedule may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis with strong client influence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple capital improvement projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception through closeout.

  • Manage consultant, contractor and engineering services during the construction phase, maintaining alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate and secure all necessary internal and external project approvals, permits and stakeholder sign‑offs.
  • Manage communications and expectations across all key stakeholder groups, including client personnel, regulatory agencies, third‑party partners and community stakeholders.
  • Provide supervision, direction and mentorship to assistant project managers, resident engineers, field staff and support personnel.
  • Maintain responsibility for managing the project schedule and project budget in tandem, ensuring adherence throughout all project phases.
  • Follow up on outstanding action items, track progress and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
  • Attend client and project team meetings; prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations and project communication documents.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports, status updates and project documentation to client leadership.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the client and overall project success.
Qualifications

  • Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, as required by client commitments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong proficiency in interpreting plans and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and drive multiple action items simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint required.
