Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in roles like Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to own tasks and deliver results.
• Ability to travel to project locations as required.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, or multi-site construction projects is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Manage smaller projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Support contract administration, procurement, and change management.
• Work closely with Superintendents to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.
