Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking seasoned Project Managers to own and deliver commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will lead planning, coordinate teams, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality standards across multiple projects.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and drive project success with proactive risk management and clear communication. Hybrid work options and national scope support career growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Managing project budgets, schedules and overall financial performance.
• Coordinating Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identifying and resolving project risks before they impact delivery.
• Leading project meetings and providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Supporting contract administration, procurement and change management.
• Mentoring and developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the quality standards our clients expect.
