Job summary

Singleton Construction in the United States is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver construction projects from start to finish. You’ll assist with planning, coordinate subcontractors, and manage your own smaller projects as you grow your responsibilities.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers on national programmes, build strong client relationships, support budgets and schedules, and develop the confidence to take ownership with support from a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience within commercial construction.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Managing your own smaller projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Supporting budgets, schedules and project documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and helping resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Building strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Supporting contract administration, procurement and change management.
• Working closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Helping deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
