Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and resource management across active commercial projects.
• Prepare progress updates, status reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure workmanship standards and alignment with project specs and company benchmarks.
• Assist in resolving issues by coordinating across internal teams and partners.
