Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a Cambridge, MA-based owner’s project management and development firm serving life science, higher education, and corporate clients in Greater Boston. You'll work with senior PMs on live projects and gain hands-on experience across sectors.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in construction/real estate, design exposure, and a degree in related field; proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or engineering.
• Basic understanding of design and construction processes including scheduling and budgeting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; client interaction skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Based in or willing to work in the Greater Boston/Cambridge area.
