Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a growing luxury residential builder in South Florida. You will support project execution from preconstruction through closeout and gain exposure to high-end residential construction and client-facing operations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and contributing to documentation and reporting. Progression to Project Manager is available.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.

Job Offer

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Desired Skills and Experience

• Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager experience within construction
• Experience managing or significantly contributing to at least one to two completed projects
• Background in either luxury residential or high-end commercial construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior project leadership
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long term
