Job summary
MPI, a top luxury home builder in Palm Beach County, is seeking a Project Manager / Sr. PM to lead luxury custom home projects in West Palm Beach. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution to deliver premier residences.
The role requires 7+ years PM or 10+ years Sr PM experience on luxury residential projects with budgets of at least $10M. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years (PM) or 10+ years (Sr. PM) of construction management experience.
- Proven experience managing luxury custom residential projects with budgets of at least $10M.
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods and finishes.
- Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients and sophisticated design teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of luxury custom home projects.
- Collaborate with homeowners, architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts.
- Oversee procurement of long-lead materials and custom finishes.
- Conduct regular site meetings and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project financial performance including change orders and reporting.

You will coordinate project activity from planning through completion to keep work moving and deliver the highest quality residential builds.

- Manage all aspects of construction from preconstruction through turnover and warranty.
- Collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts.
- Oversee procurement of long-lead materials, custom finishes, and specialty installations.
- Conduct regular site meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved.
