Job summary

MV Group USA, a premier luxury custom home builder in Miami and South Florida, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee on-site activities from kickoff to completion. The role requires coordinating with subs, vendors, and consultants while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction projects.
  • Experience delivering residential construction from site mobilization through final completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
  • OSHA certification is preferred.

Location: Miami, FL, Full-Time, In-Person Position

Project Management & Execution
  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate daily activities with Superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward.
Subcontractor & Team Management
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity, accountability, and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with trade partners.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, upcoming work, and project expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain professional relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and brokers throughout the construction process.
  • Foster positive relationships with neighboring property owners and the surrounding community by ensuring projects are managed respectfully and professionally.
  • Provide consistent project updates and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.
Site Management & Quality Control
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and well-managed jobsite that reflects the standards of a luxury home builder.
  • Oversee quality control throughout every phase of construction.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Ensure all materials, equipment, and site logistics are managed efficiently.
Safety & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce company safety policies and jobsite-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability among all project personnel.
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation related to safety, inspections, and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction projects is required.
  • Proven experience delivering residential construction from site mobilization through final completion, including an understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and luxury finishes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
  • OSHA certification is preferred.

Compensation

- $110,000 - $130,000, competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
