Job summary

Michael Page US is partnering with a South Florida construction firm delivering commercial, luxury residential, hospitality and interior projects in Miami.

The Assistant Project Manager will support PMs from preconstruction through closeout, track budgets and RFIs, coordinate subs, and help with scheduling and procurement on high-profile Miami projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
• Commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, or interior construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
