Job summary

Michael Page in Miami is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers on budgeting, scheduling and coordination for luxury residential builds.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, contracts and documentation, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, track milestones, and help maintain cost and schedule controls while ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction. This role offers mentorship and a clear path to Project Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering.
  • Residential construction experience preferred; luxury experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and desire to grow professionally.
