Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry.
• 2+ years of restoration/construction experience, including water, flood, fire, mold, and rebuild remediation.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit and review proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedules and manage crews and sub-contractors.
