Job summary

Cooper Construction is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with industrial construction experience. The APM supports the Project Manager in scheduling, planning, forecasting, procurement, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.

This role manages project documentation, tracks progress, communicates with subcontractors and suppliers, and assists with technical activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years field and project planning experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to clarify requirements.
• Delegate tasks to team members based on skills.
• Maintain project budgets with PM oversight.
• Track progress and analyze key goals.
• Document and report project progress to management and clients.
