Job summary

MPI seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the Southeast. You will assist in managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, procurement, and project documentation, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers and field teams to keep progress on track.

You will contribute to cost tracking and financial forecasting, participate in project meetings, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help deliver projects on

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Support contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintain project progress.
• Track project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
