Job description

At Cooper Tacia, we’re building more than projects; we’re building a company where talented people can do meaningful work, take ownership, and grow.

Founded in North Carolina in 2003, Cooper Tacia is a dynamic general contractor serving clients across the Southeast. Our work spans complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, education, government, multifamily, aviation and civil and environmental projects, but what defines us isn’t simply what we build. It’s how we approach the work: with creativity, collaboration, accountability, and a drive to continually raise the standard.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us. People who bring ideas to the table, build strong relationships, take pride in their work, and want to make an impact on the projects, partners, and communities we serve.

We're currently searching for dynamic Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial projects – including manufacturing facilities, processing plants, distribution centers, and other heavy-industrial builds – from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the projects align with client specifications, budget constraints, and timeline goals. You will serve as the pivotal link between various departments, harmonizing efforts and ensuring seamless communication across all levels to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role specifically requires professionals who understand the unique demands of industrial contraction – from specialized subcontractor coordination to complex equipment installation sequencing and rigorous safety protocols.

We are currently offering a $40,000 sign-on bonus for this role!
