Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company is hiring an Industrial Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial facilities from inception to completion. You will ensure client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines are met while coordinating across departments and managing safety and quality.
The role requires at least 6 years of PM experience, including 3 years in industrial projects; Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

We are currently searching for dynamic Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial projects – including manufacturing facilities, processing plants, distribution centers, and other heavy-industrial builds – from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the projects align with client specifications, budget constraints, and timeline goals. You will serve as the pivotal link between various departments, harmonizing efforts and ensuring seamless communication across all levels to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role specifically requires professionals who understand the unique demands of industrial construction – from specialized subcontractor coordination to complex equipment installation sequencing and rigorous safety protocols.
