Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager on engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities across development and execution phases. You will help coordinate schedules, reviews, and deliverables while supporting multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of construction project experience, with travel up to 50% and opportunities to work with various operational support groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of construction project experience including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist PM with initial project schedule development with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and review schedules with PM.
• Support safety planning, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Prepare monthly project review reports for PM and Senior Management.
• Conduct financial reviews and closeouts on a monthly basis.
• Assist with RFI submittals and improve deliverables for projects.
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress; aid project close-out.
