Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to assist the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities on multiple projects. You will help develop schedules, support safety plans, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors in a fast-paced EPC/design-build environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
• 2+ years of construction project experience including planning and management activities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases
• Assist PM in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, and procurement teams
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits for PM review
• Collaborate with Safety on project safety plans and incident reporting
• Assist PM with monthly project schedules and management reviews
• Support financial reviews and monthly closeouts for the project
• Assist with RFI submittals using QISG's document management system
• Provide feedback to improve technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables
• Assist procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts
• Monitor progress of design, procurement, and construction
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty administration
• Contribute to lessons learned and post-construction reporting
• Perform duties as assigned by PM or Operations Director
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
