Job summary

Parkhill in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead design and construction initiatives from initiation through closeout. You will work with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

This full-time role supports bi-weekly salary, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a leading architectural and engineering firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible project/ construction management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with public/private sector capital projects and various delivery methods.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, AIA, PMP, CCM, or DBIA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to closeout with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and delivery strategy.
  • Coordinate among clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, and mitigate risks.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, invoices, changes, and forecasts.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff.
  • Facilitate project meetings and client communications.
  • Oversee preconstruction activities and procurement planning.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of PM practices.
