ENFRA LLC in Hilton Head Island, SC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager through the project life cycle, assisting with pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, subcontractor management, and scheduling for HVAC and plumbing installations.

You will help coordinate safety meetings, read plans, prepare submittals, and assist with change orders, vendor contacts, and project closeout, while developing expertise in the mechanical field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Supports Project Manager and superintendents to execute the project life cycle.
• Coordinates installation of HVAC and plumbing to meet codes and schedule.
• Prepares vendor/subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Participates in cost reviews and monthly project reporting.
• Assists with change orders, documentation, and closeout activities.
