ENFRA LLC is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager through the full lifecycle of assigned projects, including pricing, budgeting, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling. The role focuses on HVAC and plumbing installations, ensuring code compliance and timely delivery.

The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, safety oversight, and active participation in cost reviews and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years field work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to read construction plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Hands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in the industry and competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Assists project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Works with the Project Manager to plan and manage HVAC and plumbing installations to meet code and schedule and budget.
• Participates in monthly meetings, cost reviews, and project goals.
• Prepares vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings reflecting drawings, specs and estimates.
• Assists with change orders, project documentation, and project close-out including commissioning.
• Collaborates with the project team to ensure on-time, under-budget project delivery.
