Job summary

ENFRA LLC is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - HNE to support the Project Manager through the full project life cycle. You will help price, budget, estimate, and coordinate subcontractors while keeping projects on time and under budget.

You will assist in planning and supervising HVAC and plumbing installations, ensure compliance with codes, and participate in safety and cost review meetings. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years' experience in the industry.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining employee involvement.
• Assist project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Plan and manage installation of HVAC and plumbing to meet code and project requirements, on time and under budget.
• Participate in meetings to support project and departmental goals.
• Prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings reflecting contract drawings and estimates.
• Participate in monthly reports and cost reviews, tracking deviations from plan or schedule.
• Assist with estimating change orders, project documentation, and project close-out, including commissioning.
• Collaborate with the project team across all phases of the life cycle to develop technical skills.
