Job summary

ENFRA LLC in the United States is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the Project Manager in managing the project life cycle, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors on HVAC and plumbing installations.

You will help prepare vendor submittals, assist in cost reviews, and ensure projects stay on time and under budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years' experience in the industry.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining employee involvement.
• Assist project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning and management of HVAC and plumbing installations to meet code, stay on time and within budget.
• Participate in meetings to successfully execute the project and departmental goals.
• Assist in preparing vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings reflecting contract docs.
• Participate in monthly reports and cost reviews, highlighting deviations from plan or schedule.
• Assist in estimating change orders, project documentation, and project close-out, including commissioning requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team across all facets of the project life cycle to progress career development in the mechanical field.
