Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will help manage documentation, coordinate project activities, and ensure policy compliance while learning the essentials of project management.

Entry-level candidate with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and 1 year of construction exposure is encouraged to apply; travel up to 25% and a path toward ownership through an ESOP are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities; coordinate and resolve issues per policies and standards.
• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals and drawings.
