Convergint is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our Phoenix team. You will support planning, scheduling, and coordinating applied engineering efforts for assigned projects, contributing to a culture that values service excellence.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to keep projects on budget and on schedule, manage risks, and help ensure timely cost reporting. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred; growth and mentorship are part of our

• Basic project management experience in a technical environment.
• Developing project financial skills.
• Leadership orientation and mentoring abilities.
• Strong MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PM in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects.
• Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules.
• Ensures positive cash flow on all assigned projects.
• Acts as key interface with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to minimize impact.
• Utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and provide reports.
• Performs other duties as requested.
