Under PM supervision, you’ll assist with scheduling, cost tracking, DOT documentation, and RFIs. This entry-level role offers a direct path to APM II and Project Manager with a Fortune 500 backing.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in construction or utility project support.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related field preferred; comparable field experience accepted.
• OSHA 10-Hour required or completed within 90 days of hire. Valid driver's license.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Attend project meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate internal communications between estimating, field, and management teams.
• Cost forecasting, budget variance analysis, and detailed financial reporting.
• Direct coordination with licensed engineers, regulatory agencies, and clients.
