Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, part of Quanta Services, is hiring for a role managing high-pressure gas pipeline and facility construction projects from the ground up. You will work directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to keep projects on schedule and on budget while ensuring compliance at every step.

Level I–III tracks indicate growing responsibility—from coordinating with field teams to independently managing mid-size to large, high-value projects with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction or project coordination experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with estimating and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Gas Superintendents and Foremen on daily execution and production targets.
• Track DOT Part 192/195 compliance, OQ documentation, and QA/QC records.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Visit job sites regularly and stay connected to the work in the field.
• Help set the tone for a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
