Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is hiring a Project Manager for the Gas Division. This role offers progression from Level I to Level III, with ownership from day one and growth through multi-phase projects.

You will manage high-pressure gas pipeline and facility projects, coordinating with clients, engineers, and field crews to stay on schedule and budget while ensuring DOT and PHMSA compliance. A strong safety and quality culture is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction or project coordination experience; gas or civil background preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus; hands-on field or military experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Gas Superintendents and Foremen on daily execution and production targets.
• Track DOT Part 192/195 compliance, OQ documentation, and QA/QC records.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Visit job sites regularly and stay connected to the work in the field.
• Help set the tone for a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
