Job summary

Flare Construction, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I/II to support planning, execution, and closeout of gas pipeline projects across the western U.S. You will assist with scheduling, cost tracking, DOT documentation, and field coordination from Coalville, UT, with travel to sites.

The role offers growth to APM II and Project Manager, with a foundation in project coordination, cost controls, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in construction or utility project support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related field acceptable.
• OSHA 10-Hour required or completed within 90 days.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Attend project meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate internal communications between estimating, field, and management teams.
