Harris is a leading mechanical contractor seeking a project coordinator to help track schedules, milestones and project progress. You will coordinate communication between team members, vendors, subcontractors and clients while maintaining essential project files and documentation.

Responsibilities include RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. You will assist with budgeting, procurement and site support, including time entry and client billing via Track.

Qualifications

• High Hazard Facility Training (HHFT) is required.
• Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) is required.
• Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor schedules, milestones, and update project management software.
• Serve as contact between team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project files.
• Help track spending, review invoices, and assist with procurement.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate field activities with superintendents.
• Assist in document control and ensure comprehensive documentation.
