Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with buy out processes including RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Ability to navigate blueprints and work with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with project set up, execution and closeout.
• Support financial management and relationship management for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.
