First Finish | A Shawmut Company, Irvine, California, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hospitality renovation projects from planning through closeout. You will guide project managers and crews, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in PM for commercial renovations, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and the ability to read architectural and MEP plans. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers and their teams in the execution of multiple hospitality renovation projects.
• Manage team assignments, resource allocation, workloads, project schedules, and key milestones.
• Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, financial performance, documentation, and First Finish operating procedures.
• Review project plans and documentation to anticipate trade conflicts, operational challenges, and schedule risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel management, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, buyout, forecasting, billing, change orders, invoicing, expenditures, and profitability.
• Lead project, client, financial, preconstruction, closeout, and lessons-learned meetings.
• Coach and develop project management staff through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.
