Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Engineer to support planning, execution, and successful delivery of power generation and energy infrastructure projects. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will assist with scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and documentation while supporting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across project sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–8+ years in PM/coordination/construction management.
• Experience with EPC/industrial/utilities projects.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing power generation and energy infrastructure projects.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project controls activities.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase orders.
• Support contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation management.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in meetings and prepare status updates.
