Cumming Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the energy-sector data center project. You will assist the PM team by coordinating documentation, communicating status, and ensuring flow of information to project stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in a related field and 3+ years in PM/engineering/construction management. The role offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team with energy-source aspects of the project.
• Contribute to pre-bid and job start meetings under PM supervision.
• Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to PM.
• Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Oversee approvals from government agencies and document them.
• Prepare field reports for PM review and QA/QC procedures.
• Review change orders and RFIs for completeness.
• Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
• Review and maintain As-Built drawings.
• Attend work during normal hours.
