Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in delivering premier hotel renovation projects. This role focuses on project setup, execution, closeout, financial management, and client relationship management to ensure outcomes that meet client goals and budgets.

You will collaborate with clients, owners, and subcontractors, supervise construction administration from pre-construction through close-out, and help ensure processes and tools are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
2+ years of construction management experience in commercial GC.
Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in setup, execution, close-out, financials, and client relations.
Ensure tools and processes are in place before project start.
Collaborate with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.
