Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with RFIs, change orders and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper tools and processes are in place before project start.
• Manage construction administration from pre-construction through close-out.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.
