• Develops Preconstruction Workplan with the team.
• Drives owner, design team, and Shawmut to meet the Preconstruction Workplan milestones.
• Provide cost, quality, performance, and schedule advice during design decisions.
• Manage Preconstruction Services Budget, Cost Reporting, and Billing.
• Track preconstruction costs and variances against the RFP proposal.
