Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in complex advanced tech/manufacturing construction to oversee regulated industrial programs.

You will guide a project team through execution, budgeting, and client relations, delivering projects from preconstruction to completion while upholding Shawmut's standards for safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management as a general contractor.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large complex projects, especially in Defense, Light, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team responsible for construction management tasks, including project execution and financial management.
• Develop and maintain internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate design consultants and manage procurement milestones across the lifecycle of the project.
