Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field and 5–10 years in construction.
• Experience: 10+ years in preconstruction, construction and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction strategy to drive region goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field operations.
• Oversee RFP/proposal processes and value-add for the client.
