The role requires effective communication, coordination with engineers, field staff, and vendors, and timely reporting on progress and risks. The ideal candidate holds a project management certification or related degree, has BIM/3D construction familiarity, and can balance multiple

Qualifications

• Project management certification and related degree preferred.
• Experience in coordinating projects with a focus on safety, quality and budget.
• Ability to read contract language and translate into project practices.
• OSHA 10 preferred; BIM/3D Construction familiarity is valued.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand contract language and implement into project management practices.
• Monitor, build, and maintain the project schedule.
• Notify customer or GC of delays or scope changes within timeline.
• Lead training and guidance for Project Engineers/Coordinators.
• Assist in monitoring and updating job costs to keep projections and WIP accurate.
• Oversee relationships with team members, vendors, and departments.
